This hotel really exceeded my expectations! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to answer all of my questions and provide me with useful information about the area. The location of the hotel was also perfect - it was just a short walk away from all the main attractions. Additionally, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the hot water in the shower was always available. I was extremely happy with my stay and thought it was great value for money.
There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the bathroom was in need of some renovation.

The concierge service was totally on point, helping us book the raddest tours ever. And the tour desk had all the deets on the coolest adventure activities in Cusco. Plus, the free WiFi everywhere made sure we could share our sick pics with our friends back home.
We just wish they had a rocking party lounge where we could chill and meet other young travelers.
